Morning: Depart Mwanza and enter Serengeti via Ndabaka Gate.
Wildlife Experience: The Western Corridor is home to elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and buffalo. Hippos and crocodiles thrive in the Grumeti River, and you may see lions or hyenas along the savannas.
Afternoon: Picnic lunch and game drive through the Grumeti area.
Evening: Arrive at Kirawira Serena Camp, a luxury tented lodge overlooking the plains.
Overnight: Kirawira Serena Camp.
Early Morning: Sunrise safari, the best time to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
Wildlife Experience: Central & Eastern Serengeti are famous for big cat sightings. Expect lions in prides, leopards resting in acacia trees, cheetahs hunting on the open plains, and large herds of elephants, buffalo, wildebeests, and zebras.
Afternoon: Picnic lunch and game drives through the Sametu plains, excellent for cheetah and seasonal migration herds.
Evening: Relax at Serengeti Sametu Camp, known for its luxury tents with panoramic Serengeti views.
Overnight: Serengeti Sametu Camp.
Morning: Depart Serengeti with a game drive en route.
Afternoon: Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.”
Wildlife Experience: The crater floor is home to black rhinos, elephants, buffalo, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, flamingos, lions, and hyenas. It’s one of the best places to see a high concentration of wildlife in a single location.
Evening: Drive to Karatu for relaxation.
Overnight: Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge.
Morning: Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its baobab trees and large elephant herds.
Wildlife Experience: Tarangire is rich with elephants, giraffes, buffalo, wildebeests, zebras, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and over 500 bird species. The Tarangire River attracts many animals during the dry season.
Evening: Enjoy sunset views over Tarangire’s savannas at Tarangire Safari Lodge, set on a bluff overlooking the park.
Overnight: Tarangire Safari Lodge.
Morning: Final game drive in Tarangire, with chances to see elephants bathing, antelopes grazing, and predators on the move.
Afternoon: Picnic lunch en route.
Evening: Arrive in Arusha, where the safari ends.
